Replies may take 1‑3 business days. If you don’t receive a response in that time period, please send a follow up email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! International shipping is available with a few exceptions. If an address is unable to be shipped to, you will be notified at checkout.

*please keep in mind that customers are responsible for any potential customs or additional fees associated with customs.*

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Processing and shipment times may vary depending on the location and the product. A tracking link for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

*Please be aware that shipment times are usually within 3-4 weeks from purchase due to the product being made after an order is complete. This timeline may vary depending on any delays with the product being made.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: We at Sole Capital cannot offer returns or exchanges do to our manufacturing on demand. If there is a mistake in your order placement or if you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. Your order will only be possible for cancellation or adjustment if we are notified before processing begins.

Q: My package was delivered but I didn’t receive it

A: Please note that Sole Capital is not responsible for lost packages once the shipment facility has the order nor can we cover reshipment costs if an address was incorrect.

Q: Something is wrong with my order

(incorrect design/size or quality flaw)

A: Please email us if anything is wrong with your order.

Q: My package was shipped back to the sender, now what?

A: If an address was insufficient or incorrect, or if  package was left unclaimed, it may be returned to sender. Please note that Sole Capital is not responsible for covering reshipments for insufficient or addresses. We are also not responsible for covering reshipments if a package was left unclaimed.

Due to our products being manufactured on demand, we are unable to offer refunds for any address mistakes.
